韩阳，女，1977年生，北京第二外国语学院法政学院副教授，法学博士，中国社会科学院法学所出站博士后。

克雷斯蒂安·冯·巴尔（CHRISTIAN VON BAR），1952年出生于汉诺威，先后就读于弗赖堡大学、基尔大学和哥廷根大学，获法学博士学位。1981年就任奥斯纳布吕克大学法学院教授，1987年创建该校私法与国际法比较研究所并一直担任所长至今。其著述等身，代表作有《社会生活一般义务》、《国际私法》和《欧洲比较侵权行为法》。巴尔教授是欧洲当代最著名的私法学者之一，其所担任主席的“欧洲民法典”研究项目是欧洲私法界最引人注目的研究项目。除了教学和研究所的工作外，他还担任众多兼职和客座职务。
